VENTILATION STUDY
The general purpose of ventilation in buildings is to provide healthy air for breathing by
- diluting the pollutants originating in the building and
- removing the pollutants from it.
It is necessary to conduct Ventilation Study
- to identify Air velocity or number of air changes in workplace &
- to identify any discomfort conditions within premises.
It is also important to conduct the Ventilation Study periodically to ensure & document that the parameters (e.g. - Air Velocity / Air Flow Changes) are within the limits as required by specification given under statutes.
